Joe from AptlyCreative made his first visit to the popular First Friday networking event in Eastbourne. The group was very friendly and welcoming and he said it was great to meet lots of new small business owners.

Things got really interesting when the events organisers asked if he could stand in for their guest speaker that was unable to attend.

“Sure, no problem” he said. Speaking to 20 or so strangers about web design, with no time to prep and no resources, couldn’t be easier.

Joe tells me that the group were very receptive and readily engaged with the open discussion parts of his talk. He talked about the cloud, content distribution networks and marketing online. All in all a really productive and worth while visit to Eastbourne’s First Friday.
